United Way Campaign

Community Health Charities of Kansas and Missouri, Inc. allows donors of United Way of Greater Kansas City, Wyandotte County United Way, to direct their money to specific health charities through a workplace giving program.

To participate:
Download a Donor Designation Form

View Approved Agency Listing click here

Check "Specific United Way charity" and write the code(s) of the Charity(ies) you want to receive your contribution and include with your United Way pledge form.

OR

When you designate #010, Community Health Charities of Kansas and Missouri will distribute your gift among our 32 member charities.

Remember to re-designate your gift each year by completing a new Donor Designation Form.
